Three live working sessions for real estate team leaders who are done being the person everything hinges on.

Not a team that doesn't need you. A business designed to scale as far as you want to take it, with an exit ramp if you ever want one.

In three sessions, find out exactly where your business still hinges on you, decide what changes first, and leave with a 90-day plan and the skills to make changes that last.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

Three live Zoom working sessions, 60 minutes each, one week apart, cameras on, no recording

Your Four Pillars scorecard (Pipeline, Delivery, People, Leadership): where each one still hinges on you, and what it's costing you

Who Owns What, now and in 12 months: every gap assigned to a person, a system, or AI

A job description for the role you need next, plus a complimentary 20-minute review with Erin

A 90-day plan: your highest-leverage move first, with an owner and a date

The role-reset script, for the conversation you've been putting off

Your Absence Score again at day 90, so the change is a number, not a feeling

The Program Workbook

WHO LEADS IT

Vanessa Rosenblum and Erin Meierotto of Pro REA Staffing lead every session. Pro REA has filled thousands of roles for real estate teams since 2008, so we've seen what works and what breaks.

BRING YOUR OPERATIONS LEAD

Add a seat for your operations lead or director at checkout for $297. Changes stick faster when the person running the day to day is in the room.

THE PLACEMENT CREDIT

100% of your tuition is credited against the fee for any Pro REA search you open within six months of Session 3. If you hire with us, the working sessions are free. A team leader who has defined the seat makes a better hiring decision than one who hasn't. If you don't hire with us, you still walk out with the plan.

GUARANTEE

Attend all three sessions, do the work, and if you do not leave with a written 90-day plan, we refund you in full. Change your mind before Session 1 and we refund you, no questions.
